Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Community Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our users and our development team, providing exceptional support while fostering a positive community environment.Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, friendly, and effective technical support to our users via Discord, forums, and email
- Troubleshoot RGB device compatibility issues and software functionality problems
- Document common issues and solutions to build our knowledge base
- Gather and organize user feedback to help prioritize feature requests and improvements
- Moderate community spaces to maintain a positive, helpful atmosphere
- Create support content including guides, tutorials, and FAQs
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and communicate user needs
- Stay current with new RGB hardware releases and compatibility updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with PC hardware, particularly RGB peripherals and components
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Discord community management and moderation
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer service
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users of varying expertise levels
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in technical support or community management preferred
- Passion for PC building, RGB customization, and gaming culture
- Knowledge of multiple RGB ecosystems (Corsair, Razer, Logitech, etc.) is a plus
Personal Qualities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve community management problems
- Good communication skills for collaborating with others
